As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Travel Consultant to join our team.

Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Travel Consultant to drive sales and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have work experience in a similar position, and a genuine passion for travel. Knowledge of photography and an understanding of what motivates photographic travelers will be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and convert leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients via phone and email, providing personalised recommendations and addressing inquiries.
• Write compelling, professional email communications to inspire and convert leads into bookings.
• Utilise and manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and bookings, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Help create customised group-based trips.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and photographic interests to better serve clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, ideally within the travel industry.
• Passion for travel and a strong understanding of photographic travel motivations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence and enthusiasm for engaging with clients over the phone.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (if not, a willingness to learn) and an ability to manage leads effectively.
• Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently.
• You need to have your own computer.
